    If ( & that’s a BIG IF ) we were given the opportunity ( as current beleaguered MBN shareholders) to invest in the new entity. Would we?
    Perhaps the big end shareholders will be given that opportunity & will most likely take it up....hence the reason that such a ridiculously low sale price was agreed upon.

    Hope springs eternal......
