Twynam & Donwillow hold 25,606,782 shares (31.69% of UCL)
M B Holdings hold 12,121,061 shares (13.04% of UCL)
Drummond has made another fool of himself at the expense of his shareholders.
Apart from the declining share price he has also wasted much needed cash in his arrogant approach to the UCL board.
How much longer do we shareholders have to tolerate his destruction of our investments.
Once the "BOSS" loses the confidence of his team members he needs to be replaced as the rot will only get worse if changes aren't made!!!
