If enough shareholders band together they can requisition a shareholder meeting and propose resolutions be put to all shareholders via section 249D of the Corporations Act.
Need shareholders holding at least 5% of all shares in BUY.
I have seen it done before but it can be quite messy. Usually attracts some media attention too.
