We need to show the board and the major shareholder our total frustration in the hole situation. In IMO all they are doing spending our money on wages with nothing to show us the shareholders, and when the money gets low do another fund raiser release of shares to keep the wages pool topped up.

IMPO The major share holders are as much to blame as the board for this situation for letting it go on for so long with out any questions..

I’d suggest you start by doing the A.I.C.D. Course to see how flawed your comment is. Lobbing at the AGM will be a good start as will the right open and pointed questions to directors.
