Well you'd have to think that it was obvious that FEA were insolvent, given the definition of insolvency means the "inability to pay debts when they become due" and the banks had just asked for their money back making it immediately "due".
Frankly many companies would become insolvent if the banks asked for their money back and/or were refusing to let them use their overdraft.
