Prior to a CR, there will be a few months of announcements, similar to those that preceded the last one. Eg, Engineering consultants appointed, long lead time items back in for testing prior to deployment, a new major shareholder etc etc, then the CR, and all will collapse again soon after. Maybe Directors buying which always misleads the punter. Possibly a change of board soon afterwards so no more responsibility. A presentation of 'A New Direction to create Shareholder Value' will ease the pain and help erase your memory of being fleeced.
