But want to buy in my local area - the Mornington Peninsula, south east of Melb. Believe that if you buy have to understand what you are buying. Use the same with shares; like TCL WHC and ABP because can appreciate what they do.
But finding property at a reasonable price is impossible. Must be falling only in the cities.
