    Petro22......you are right, imo there was a lot of backroom cozy deals going on re MXX but a debt is still a debt. Although a large % of CUOs copper produced was hedged & they only had $45mil debt (I don't know how much debt PNA has) imo they seemed to be in a better position than PNA yet the banks still let them go under. I'm not downramping all I am saying is Be Careful you guys.
