re: all over - deductibility change likely I'm wondering what's the worst the government can do.
From memory the current rule allows growers to claim a 100% tax deduction this financial year even though the money will not be spent by GTP until the next financial year. Say the budget reduces the benefit by only allowing a 50% deduction in each of the first 2 years, then the change may not be so bad - people may even need to buy more product to use their taxable income in year 1.
It'd be great to get some views - I can't see the government making the product unattractive. See Tuesday night I guess
