That's not the issue mate. If this was an asx caused problem then I think someone would of come out in acu's defence , just like Paul did when recompliance was first submitted. If you go back through the forum you will see a post from Paul stating it was now in the hands of the asx. The fact that no one has made any comment lately leads me to believe that the asx is no longer the ones holding this up. I hope I am proven wrong but we all know that Paul follows these threads and his absence is making us more nervous by the day.
I also cannot get a call or email answered which is out of the norm.
Can only speculate as to what might be going on without some managerial input but each day that goes by is more care for concern
I honestly don't see acu being a major player in this industry now.
