Following on from your comments regarding the way the market operates and insider trading etc, I just love the way Directors resign days before the share price collapses. We wouldn't want to assume that they simply resigned for the sole purpose of getting rid of their stock, because they know the company is heading for a big hurdle, now, would we???
This happens regularly, especially over recent times. Obviously, the ploy is to get around the weak "insider trading" legislation, as it currently exists, but the practice hardly fills the average investor with confidence in the overall markets credibility.
