At this point in time I can only urge all shareholders here on HC to join the 20 or so of us so far, looking at some sort of action with CUO. I would also urge you to contact friends / family to email 'monkeybusiness'.

It is happening with CVI, where people have joined and been coordinated to make the board accountable to shareholders. Just with a few weeks of people registering interest they have 56 million shares of power or 11% of CVI voting power. It took no more than an email to say I'm in.

Alone we can do nothing, together there is power.

If you are happy to roll over and take the loss, then so be it. However we all have hard earned $$$$ in CUO and I would at least like to have a big say in what happens from here!
