Attached link gives an overview of shareholders role in the insolvency process.

In short , if we expect to get a voice given Receivers are involved we are going to be disappointed. This is not to different from some of my experiences in banking - one client went into receivership & as we were not the main banker we never really got the full picture. as this is a public co, I think their will be a fair amount of attention on this and we may get some insight.
