    sorry,could someone kindly explain what is this rights issue thing?
    is it good or bad, who benefits, who doesn't, what's the impact, how long does it last ?
    I'm really sorry if it's boring when newbies ask these questions.

    btw, I am holding AVX since around 3 weeks ago. got in at 7.8 and really hopeful about ATC, sounds like a real winner considering the developer of the drug.
