aristocrat is a bargain I disagree. ALL is undervalued. NSW has the most poker machines per capita in the world and the market is still not saturated. In the US and Europe governments are under budgetary pressure and faced with difficult decsions: raise taxes, lower services or sin taxes. They are increasinly turning to sin taxes and opening up the poker machine market. The trend in US and Europe is about 15 years behind Australia. As Europe and US approach NSW levels of saturation, ALL will be worth many multiples of its current price. Its one of the most undervalued stocks on the ASX.
6 out of 8 brokers recommend it as a buy or strong buy.
Its sales have grown by 21.5% pa for 5 years.
It's trading on a low PE of 18 on 2003 consensus earnings.
