Correct, share price must be 2c or above for re-listing - ASX regulation. Hence most RTO's do a consolidation to achieve this. This is not negotiable.
Interesting thing here with GAL is that they have come out and said they're confident they will not require consolidation!
Can only mean the share price will organically be over 2c in three weeks time.
And how does that happen with a penny dreadful with dysfunctional share register?
