That report is out of date, goes back to August 2007. Much has changed since then, but still the price for Russia has not been released. Was expected in November 2007 at latest. Likely pricing has been released but management keeping it a secret. Seems they were making good sales in Russia before the end of June 2008 so must have pricing.
