    This is not a down ramp firstly

    It says nothing has been agreed upon yet...

    Also does this mean funding is delayed again?

    "The subscription for the remaining Tranche 4 is varied to occur in two tranches and subject to certain conditions but at the agreed 35.5 cents per share"

    Subject to certain conditions & 2 tranches now, weren't we supposed to receive funding today?
