    but I am merely correcting the original posters incorrect assertion that ANY publicity is good publicity.

    not drawing or asserting any comparisons with GSW for now

    but if I must.. the last time ASIC and asx exercised 17.3 on a company, there were serious consequences, see BIG and getswift

    there's nothing positive about a suspension no matter what you think.
