I can't guess what they'll do. Don't think they'd appoint William Brown as he is an independent non exec director and one of the reasons they appointed him was to get another independent non exec director(from annual reportP19.Director Independence)on the board.
Robert Moran,according to Oceania website,is the managing director at Oceania so would he want the role at Keybridge ?and NB might not have enough experience,so maybe appoint an outsider? but then the company is small and is winding down current investments and reducing debt so do they want more expense at this stage by employing an md from outside the board?
So imo no idea what they'll do!!
