I imagine they will have to give us an update soon since repayment of $2.3 m by 31 Dec is a milestone event.In the market update dated 8th October they are confident that this will be paid- to quote from that update:
"Cash on hand, contracted cash income and further expected asset realisations will allow us to achieve those milestones by their required dates".
They had $2.1 m cash on hand at the time of that update.
Hopefully the sale of the vehicle leasing business will go ahead by the end of February so that the 2nd milestone($2m by end of February can be easily met and debt reduced to $16m .
As for the share price drop,Oceania and Aust Style Group were buying up to the 19.9 % threshold and now appear to have stopped buying,their buying was what probably pushed the price up to the recent highs,The drop has been on quite KBC seems to give quarterly updates so I expect there will be another in early January.I am happy to hold for now.
