They have until may 2013 to try to release the plane before they have to sell it under the terms of the senior loan.They have already made provisions of $5.1m because of the likelihood that the sale will not recoup the full amount of the loan.Is this provision of $5.1 m the difference between the loan and the expected sale price of the plane?Is it likely that they will have to make further write downs for this in this financial year?I notice that the value of their shares in PTB have increased from $1.3(as at date of annual report) to $1.93m as at 28 dec ,assuming no shares have been sold.
I am sure we will get an update soon-based on the dates of previous updates it should be around the 2nd week in January.
I notice that I didn't finish a sentence in my previous post- I should have said that The share price drop was on quite low volume.
