almost 100% rtn.......less "risk" ...............
what the future holds is "less certain"......
STO still hasn't addresses the fundamental issues facing the entity ...............
that's why (imho) it continues to fall ...........
hopefully excom (or whatever DB calls them now) can actually remove their respective digits ..........and as the famous hawthorn coach once said "DO SOMETHING" ..........
