The business is failing to get significant traction in the marketplace. Pure and simple. They need workflow of a significant nature.
The business case is sound but it is taking a long time to gather traction. Without more workflow the market will ignore this stock as it is too speculative and difficult to comprehend what if any competitive advantage they have.
Also they will probably need to raise more cash when the share price is languishing over the next 12-24 months.
