Well I got the feeling the serious buyer was back today!
This is simply a transaction of wealth. One selling for a profit and one buying for the profits ahead. With as you say Wizardone the added prospect of taken over.
I'm a shareholder of DMC mining (DMM). The battle between Tony Sage ( CFE ) and Menjin is just going backwards and fowards.
Mind you, a T/O could be hard with the tight share register and the directors holding so many shares. Guess if the Board of Directors were happy to walk away with some serious money with a T/O...then they would back it.
In the mean time I really think this is ready for the next leg up on some news.
Oh...question.....
With a T/O, if I'm an option holder, what happens to my options?
Do most people just excise them if they are in the money with a T/O offer then sell on market. (Or hold for a rival bid)
