I think you will find there is an obligation to report any drill results in hand in the quarterly. To not put them and then release them afterwards would not be good practice.

I think CC will be dwelling upon whether he puts out a drill result ann before the quarterly to maximise its impact, given that there are results good enough, or put them all together in the quarterly.

To maximise news flow, my bet is for an IGR drill result release before the quarterly.
