Yes, it's speculative but it's well worth the risk.

Sensible thing to do would seem to be to hold until the company is revalued by JV arrangements, then decide (1) whether you still want to hold the shares in what will be a blue(ish) chip share at slower, steady growth and good dividends or (2) whether to sell them and enjoy the profit on the plateau.
