I totally agree with you guys, re JV partner or partners.
As and when this becomes public knowledge, watch the share price fly.
Anyone selling shares at the moment are prob the big boys selling NDO down to collect and top up more shares at lower prices.
This is how the market works. Start buying as many as you can, because in a few weeks you'll be wishing you top up at 0.50 cents.
