you can fool all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but 11 billion barrels of oil estimate followed by a placement...... suss.
Management have done well here, aquired some cheap working capital. Long term holders should be happy with the stategy, it has to be better than a placement at 25c or wherever NDO was before the 11 billion story.
