When the changed agreement with Ticor is released it will allow APG far greater freedom to do business with other corporates than Ticor. Since the original agreement was signed, APGs hands have been tied up until last week.
Also, who has been buying of late- i don't think that their worry beads are too worried.
Time will tell.
