Bozo Even if APG announce changes to there agreement, this will have no effect on the share price. APG need to announce a deal which will lead to the construction of a real mine with real revenues and real profits. Until this happens the share price will reamian where it is.
There is no doubt that TICOR have held APG back through their inability to provide capital. TICOR's priorities have been elsewhere and if APG were able to bring in new patners this would be a plus. However until they actually bring in a partner nothing much is going to happen.
However having said that I have heard sound rumours to suggest that APG may finally announce a real deal over the coming months which will be very positive.
I am waiting to see what eventuates
