Not much news out there Bendigo. The courts do not allow reporting on the progress. I hear it is going well in terms of the procedural aspects but that is all I hear. I have faith in our justice system and still believe we will win this one pants down. However, I also hear that misterious men in dark suits are sitting in on the proceedings and they appear to be insurance people. The one thing ben never made a statement about was its level of insurance cover. So may be the outcome of the court case will turn out to be a financial non-event in which case the sp will go up a fair bit. But why have they not told the market?

At current levels I would not go near Ben unless it is a put option.Just my humble opinion.
