I am interested by your take on the PANAX acquisition. I was originally concerned however, after spending a little time researching the facility, my best (semi-educated) guess is, why not go with this facility considering their documented output?

One key point for me, the exchange rate on the Australian dollar to Czech koruna Vs the USD. This is what I assume was a major point for their choice as, for the same money in the US, MXC would have got a whole lot less operating space and leverage over operations.

By no means am I disregarding your position, as I started this thread to encourage healthy conversation and debate. I would just like to get your take on such factors as I feel what you deem a negative is, in my eyes a positive.
