Summer Holidays in Europe don’t finish until the end of this month, so don’t hold your breath for any Panax deal being done until the holidays are over. Most offices, inc legal firms, close down for the equivalent of our Xmas holiday break so I suspect the Panax loose ends will not be sorted until early next month!
Happy to be surprised with a positive, earlier result though!
