A promised press conference to further clarify matters by Isak Katali has yet to take place; in its communication of the week before last while the Chamber of Mines of namibia confirmed it had been confirmed that the new policy did not apply to existing mining and exploration licences (pretty obviously) it had some remaining concerns.
These most surely related to the pending ML applications.
