Just wondering if we will see some form of update prior to the AGM.
Ideally, if I was KW, I would be wanting to take something to the AGM that addresses some of the larger issues. For example, Broome export route, update on fraccing (approval to conduct fraccing trial would be ideal), reinterpreted Ungani 3D, revised drilling timetable and rig contracts...
Also, I would expect KW to do a 'lessons learned'. It actually took balls to cease a drilling program to acquire more precise data. I personally would have pushed to drill more wells, but that's just me. I assume KW will say 'the oil isn't going anywhere'... Still, given the emphasis at the last AGM on the Crusader rig, he will need to outline how we secure a rig for future drilling.
I'm also interested in the tone of the AGM. KW's briefing to the last one was very convincing and painted a clear picture. It's still hard to believe how different this year has turned out, compared to the one he proposed at the last AGM.
Is anyone planning on going?
