Not sure about that woffa; I think the directors 'reserve the right to place any shortfall as they see fit', that is, I can't find any reference to the Directors not taking their fully entitlement.
Or have I missed something.
Given the current register is tightly held I am guessing the only aim will be to place any shortfall, by any shareholder - as they see fit.
