You are correct woffa, but page 7, when read in its ENTIRETY, makes very interesting reading:
Directors not taking salaries And lending the company working capital. It is a long bow to suggest they aren't committed.
I think I recall the loans can be converted to additional shares.
Taking up the greater part of their entitlement, with the exception of Bruce Lane, doesn't exactly smack of a lack of balls.
Given you Don't Hold and have a Sell on SHE I guess says a lot.
