In my view... there are a number of reasons why the SP is where it is:
1) POO and market sentiment towards energy stocks (let alone exploration punts)
2) Everyone has written off Morocco, and probably assigned a chance of success at second well at 0%.
3) Lack of news
And yes low cash balance as well. The only way this is going up is some positive news on **on or Madagascar.
Maybe they should throw in some oppies as a sweetener with the CR as well .
