Its all quiet for a reason ... Westchester to get their 50m plus more on October 4 or thereabouts (should the AGM vote it in, which seems likely)
Now if Westchester (the chairman's company) dont get their 50m, then it might run, plus there seems to be positive news around which may have been downplayed due this the above information.
