I've been in and out of Centro but only because I rode the market wave for a while there. I'm in and quite relaxed about Centro's ability to overcome the Subprime crisis. I'm also confident that the Subprime crisis will sought itself out with time.
So the biggest thing working in Centro's favour is TIME. This amongst all the other pluses (including the current SP bargain) makes this stock the opportunity of a lifetime.
The banks would've pulled the plug on this company a long time ago if they had to. But they (like us) have continued to invest this company because they believe it has the assets to bring down its level of gearing.
