    I took your post to infer Solamind is just a large shareholder and should not be given any special treatment.
    On one hand that might be correct in terms of Solamind as an entity.
    But on the other the key scientists holding shares through Solamind need to be retained.
    Sure SLA hold the IP but the scientists hold the experience and expertise.
