ANZ (under the watchful eye of ASIC no doubt) are certainly trying to give the impression that everyone is being treated equally.
Whether affected shareholders are treated equally by the Co itself in relation to the Opes debacle will only become clearer in time. Hopefully it won't be too much longer before ANZ are gone and we can be informed.
