    LOL yes if it were only that easy. I'm sure SLA's lawyers had instructed ANZ to cease selling.

    In ANZ's view if they reach a settlement at 60c and they've sold all the shares at 30c, then ultimately they only have to pay back a balance 30cps. This is why they continue to sell in the hope of a settlement.

    On the other side if no settlement is reached and Solamind has a win in court, ANZ are in completely dire trouble and have just shot themself in the foot from their corporate thuggery actions.
