Yes have to agree the trading range and volume is very very tight for both CER and CNP. Since there is plenty of time (in terms of trading days) left until 26th February I am not sure if this is due to a sit and wait view by investors and traders. I expect that there would be a lot more volume and volatility (not less) leading up to the 26th of February.
