Yes, I will be looking at what I see as the 3-4 key things that in my view will truly stabilise CER:

1. Confirmation of asset sales in addition to the one's that we have heard about. I hope there are more to report and heck I hope they just confirm the one's we already know are sold since for some reason they weren't interested in an announcement.

2. NTA Figure (and by proxy any asset value write-downs and updated gearing ratio)

3. U.S. Occupancy as i view Australian occupancy as quite (quiet?? :-P) resilient.
