yep, a good time to buy a small cap in the O&G sector, if they have strong producing assets and good holdings. For the sort of money beach could spend I think DLS is the pick of the bunch IMO. Especially because of the western flank, producing 10000 bopd which DLS hold 60% in. They would get a big boost to there operating cash-flow from this. It would make sense IMO.
but who knows what they have up there sleeve...
