yes, we are told there was seismic activity that caused the closure of east lode. As a layman i would say hey Henry 5 is in the same vacinity surely seismic activity 'could' occur there too? Though i would think its unlikely to have 3 zones cut off at the same time. But even if that did happen I guess bringing wilsons (the 4th zone) online will provide the fourth external source which should overcome this.

I would think Bizzo would be more qualified to answer this.
