I tend to agree. The unbelievable buyer depth at the moment seems to indicate widespread support. If the SP can hold this level the rights should trade 1.5c - 2c. Bailing out now and to miss out on the rights might be ill advised.
If the quarterly shows reasonably steady production I doubt the SP will dip below 4c. With a bit of luck the holders should be looking at a paper profit when the new shares commence trading.
Sure there is a big risk but I think management is on notice to make sure the problems at the mine are corrected or face a very hostile reception at the upcoming AGM.
