Considering that in the early years of this graph I can only imagine that most of the temperature readings were taken from only a hand full of places somewhere around coastal regions compared to today where they come from all corners of the country wouldn't it be comparing apples with oranges. Would this inconvenient fact even matter. People that believe they are standing on the moral high ground seem to think its okay to lie, mislead and bully and use other wise immoral behaviour to press their argument and constantly saying they speak for the majority even though labour just suffered its largest election loss ever based on environmental issues. B.S. never helps it only ever hinders the implementation of sensible strategies that achieve the desired outcomes. It would be a great outcome if a law was passed preventing both extremes of the climate spectrum from talking and allow the majority of sensible people in between to get on with solving the problems unhindered by the vitriol.
